One Man Was Obsessed With Being Eaten Alive By An Anaconda, But He Failed

By  |

On Sunday night, the Discovery Channel aired “Eaten Alive,” a special in which one guy attemped to get a giant snake to swallow him whole. Both hour special spoke a lot about Paul Rosolie, the self described adventurer taking this on, uh, experience.

In addition, it discussed a lot about the snake and the various security processes needed for getting eaten by one. Unfortunately, when it came to the primary event, it left audience a little wanting.

Due to complications, or maybe only the fact that Rosolie didn”t wish to be eaten by an anaconda poorly enough, the Internet is abuzz over what didn”t occur on Sunday night.

H/T: Time

I guess we were never going to see the snake casually crawling about with only Rosolie”s shape humorously summarized at the center of his belly like we all needed. But come on Discovery, if you call the show “Eaten Alive,” we at least expect a little tongue, instead of only a hug.
